Know a friend, neighbor, or family member looking for a caring, Fear Free Certified veterinarian in Annapolis, Cape St. Claire, Arnold, or Kent Island? Tell them why Hoffman Animal Hospital is your choice for expert, compassionate pet care.

Make Sure They Mention You

When your referral schedules their first appointment, ask them to provide your full name on their new client forms so we know who sent them our way.

Enjoy Your Reward

After their first visit is complete, we’ll apply a $25 credit to both your accounts. Use it toward wellness exams, dental cleanings, surgery, boarding, or any other veterinary services we provide.

Referral Program Guidelines

Active Client Only : You must be a current Hoffman Animal Hospital client to participate.

New Clients Only: Referral credits apply only to individuals who have never visited our hospital.

Provide Your Name: To receive the credit, your full name must appear on the new client’s registration form at the time of their first appointment.

Visit Completion Required: Credits are issued after the referred pet’s first paid visit.

Credits Are Non-Transferable: Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, shared, or redeemed for cash.

Program Terms May Change: Hoffman Animal Hospital reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
