With a Fear Free Certification, Dr. Muller prioritizes creating a stress-free experience for her patients and is passionate about pain management. Her collaborative approach with pet owners ensures they feel involved in their pets’ care and decision-making process. She is also RECOVER veterinary CPR Certified in Basic Life Support & Advanced Life Support and is currently pursuing an MBA through The Pennsylvania State University.

In December 2024, Dr. Muller achieved the prestigious designation of Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, earning certification in Canine and Feline Practice—a rare and significant accomplishment that requires rigorous testing and exceptional expertise.
Outside of work, Dr. Muller enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, three children, a Belgian Malinois named Lilo, and a German Shepherd named Katie.

She ended up staying on at California Veterinary Specialists as an emergency veterinarian for two additional years. Afterward, she spent just under two years working as an associate veterinarian at a small animal general practice on the south shore of Massachusetts before joining Hoffman Animal Hospital.

At home, Dr. Brown shares her life with a golden retriever named Peeves and two cats, Sid and Fry. 

As Practice Manager at Hoffman Animal Hospital, Mary Beth oversees daily operations, including team management, training, and scheduling. Her unique blend of veterinary expertise and business insight allows her to maintain the highest standards of patient care, while also fostering a supportive and motivated team.

Outside of work, Mary Beth has three cats – Duncan, Murphy, and Polly – and two dogs, Giovanni and Vesper. She enjoys gardening, watching sports, reading, and traveling to foreign countries and National Parks. Her experiences include cage diving with great white sharks and interning at a zoo, where she particularly enjoyed working with river otters.
